Anybody who was in the NYC Disaster Zone on September 11th, 2001 or during the World Trade Center clean-up and has or believes they have a 9/11 related health condition qualifies for the World Trade Center (WTC) Health Program. Anybody who attended school, lived, or worked below Houston Street and in certain parts of Brooklyn is also eligible.

To apply for the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund (VCF), applicants need to establish their presence in the New York City Exposure Zone (i.e. the area below Canal Street in Manhattan) on 9/11 or during the clean-up thereafter.
